Dare to Dream

In sleep,

We dream,

We wake and we dream still.

Who is

To say,

That what we see is real.

I dreamed,

A dream,

That everything was different here

In this,

Place of

Hope and faith and fear.

We taste,

We hear,

We see, smell and also touch.

Though I

Find it

Hard to trust anyone so much,

I realize

We hate,

Too fast, love too slow.

Loudly I

Say these

Things aren’t hard to know.

I dreamed

A dream,

And someday it will be true.

I dreamed

A dream,

That we will live in peace.
