Dandelion

She is a dandelion;

a beautiful chaotic whirlwind, where anything is possible.

Her soul dances freely about, allowing Mother Nature to whisk her away,

to wherever she’s meant to be that day.

And then she realized,

too often, she attempts to grab hold of the reigns,

and her persistence to do so is merely in vain,

leaving so much unnecessary heartache and pain…

So…

she decides to listen to her heart more, and not just her brain.

And just like a dandelion as it encounters the wind,

it is when she learned to simply ‘go with the flow,’

that she somehow knew where she was meant to go.

She is fragile, but not how you assume.

Heart wrenching challenges can bring more than just doom:

losing whole pieces of herself, yet she continues to bloom…

All types of growth require some room.
