Rows of dandelions the backdrop of intimacy.

You lay beside me, our fingers hook by a knuckle.

The wind sweeps, your scent whispers, "Come closer."

The beauty of sunset ignites a true bond.

Birds sing a melody for you, and for me.

I found the pleasure of crimson resting next to you.

You found the peace of a shade tree, lying beside me.

The butterflies in my belly do somersaults.

The tall grass pokes at our bare elbows.

Both the moon and sun share the sky.

Just like the crash of the ocean, our souls collide, on that summer day.
