Broken hearts

Best words for broken hearts

In shadows deep, my heart does weep,

A lonely soul, in darkness, steep.

Through tear-stained eyes, I search the night,

For a glimmer of hope, a shred of light.

Memories fade, like whispers lost,

In the silent echoes of paths crossed.

A heavy burden, upon my chest,

A weight of sorrow, unexpressed.

Oh, how I long for days gone by,

When laughter danced 'neath the azure sky.

But now, I wander, lost and forlorn,

In a world where joy has been withdrawn.

Each day, a struggle, to carry on,

In a symphony of sorrow, I am drawn.

Yet still, I cling to dreams untold,

In the depths of despair, my heart grows cold.

So here I stand, with tears unshed,

In this melancholy symphony, I tread.

For in this sadness, I find my song,

A requiem for love lost, for dreams gone wrong.
