Whirring forbidden thoughts going wild in my mind, all you find is aggression and me unkind.

Fuelled by the night I’m thinking of my past transgressions hoping I learned many lessons.

The night coal ambers fuse and ignite when the darkness swarms over say goodbye daylight.

The end of daylight is when we start to dwell. The misery sinks in to we can no longer find ourselves.

It’s a front this aggression a message misconceived. Waves crashing in the mind all good thoughts are left beneath.

All you see is the aggression a misinterpretation of my frustration.

Someone tired of fighting looking like they have been struck by lightning.

Thoughts run ramped all threw the night as the day breaks into dawn and out comes the sunlight.

That’s when we rest and say enough is enough then sleep all day to do the same thing again, and it’s tough.

For some it’s not a choice just a mere circumstance.

Others look past it like it’s all in your head. Get on the mend or go to bed.

Yet each person is born with two voices in their brain? Once you realise can you look at yourself the same?

Still looking at one another judging them thinking “they’re just not the same”

Stop trying to find blame, put out that flame it’s getting lame.

Only you can work on you and because you want to. You hold the key to your own success don’t let society fool you.

It’s no ones place to tell you when and how to heal, grieve and deal with circumstances thrown your way.

Just like grief in a persons mind, it is a big deal to have empathy and feel.

Even when tragic events happened to you.

Surrounding yourself with people when you empathise with will indeed make you more blue.

To feel lost and alone in your thoughts and not to talk goes against everything we are taught.

But that’s what demons in the dark minds do “they distort” every image and memory..even thought.

For one to control every outlook and thought isn’t something I’ve even been taught. It’s a skill you must master considered an art.

Although I know that is a “LIE” the key word is you actually have to “TRY” life will pass you by while you sit and cry.

Missed opportunities won’t come again and you won’t get a second chance to say goodbye.

Once missed those important days you’ll never let in end in your mind, it will replay, you’ll delay and it become a pattern baby.

So now and here in this life time i encourage you still to persevere, rise and overcome fear.

Dancing in the darkness with your devils, send messages perceived differently by other ears.

Do not feel the need to validate anything my dear. Don’t show your fear. Your secrets are only safe in your own mind here.

Dealing with an illusion being told it’s a delusional, full of frustrating confusion.

It’s about time we start a movement and prove it. Depression is not a stage I wish to no longer engage.

If given the choice you’d choose to leave it, some spent so long down now they eat, drink and breathe it.

Once again you have aggression but the fact is it’s depression, misinterpretation is a consistent revolution.

We need to get the fusion and stop all the illusion that we just suppress when dark thoughts make us a mess after all it is an expression of this.

Depressions hit list got me too, but I conquered worse things and so will you.

Once you over come it you can no longer fear it.

Depression be gone I’d like to mourn without something else going wrong.

All in my brain all of this pain, I’ve felt like I’m cursed but realised what’s worse.

Believing you can’t help yourself and there’s someone to blame that’s miserable and a shame.

You are the holder to your head only you can mend what needs to be, only you can free yourself and fly like your meant to honey.

Each days a blessing a new days upon you. So go get some brain food to help you thin, understanding a balance the body needs does more than you think.

The tranceding thoughts of depression are often misinterpreted as aggression.

Sitting by the beach in the Mackay city land, I’m healing myself one day at a time.

Nothing beats the simplicity of this old barn of mine. A life time has passed me by and others come and go.

A feeling like this makes you feel alone, but your house is yours home and where you go me and my barn will turn into a farm.

My farm will turn to food and a business may conclude, do not sell yourself short sport.

Life’s what you make it if your willing to take it.

Don’t let depression stop your ditermination, for it’s temporary aggression and a lesson.

I hope you all learn to live free find your serenity and breathe like me, finally.

May take 30 years or thirty minutes, no two humans are the same were all unique.

Although at times you feel and unbalanced and incomplete.

Believe in the path and the life you want to live, give it your heart and soul.

Make your own set of moral codes. Be there for your brothers to you know.

It’s a piece of cake, all of life is great.

Be the kind of beauty we no longer see, give to people freely.

For mental illness has no boundaries you could end up being a target.

Better to get onboard and market how to stop and start it.

For I don’t want to watch another family unravel into a mess because someone couldn’t get a little mutual respect.

Time is all we have and it can take a few minutes to let someone know their life’s worth living.

For you don’t know the battles they fight late at night. People need to come together and fight.

Instead now a days it’s better to run out of sight, out of mind where you can’t burden another with the dramas from one brain passes to another.

Empathy will be so unkind to me.

But to feel is to know and not have to be shown, it creates a glow unlike anything you’ll even know.

To be the peace for another at war with themselves, what does one have to do to get that kind of help?
