Billowing Sails

Yonder, a sailing ship, adrift upon the sea

Its billowing sails, a beacon, calling out to me

I stand, facing the winds that whisper from afar

Heeding their song, as I ring life's resounding star

For within the sea, I find a bosom most true

Tolerant and charitable, its depths ever anew

I open the boat of life, my course to pursue

Seeking a dream to live, a purpose to imbue

If I can be as patient as the boundless blue

As giving as the sea, in all that I do

Then shall our lives, like harmonious bells, resound

A symphony of existence, where peace and joy abound
