hello, feel.

he loved her, but she was destructive.

she loved him, but she was also scared.

no one has ever cared for her the way he did.

no one ever will.

so he loved, as he always did.

& she loved harder.

so hard her knuckles became white.

he cared.

when no one else did.

he didn't mind.

he presented her as a goddess.

she protected him as a guard.

he screamed.

she bit.

they fought.

he understood.

she didn't.

they made love.

she left.

he called.

no answer.

she passed.

he wandered.

& she

was gone.
