becoming

there is excitement in the person I’m becoming

on the road that I’m about to take I hope it’s not too late to learn from my past mistakes

I’m about to rise and become a better me

because I asked the universe to heal me

to heal this brokeness inside of me and it’s been a long journey

for the end is near I see the finishing line

and I’m excited for the future because I’m the only one who holds my fate

I am the only one in charge of my destiny it is time to become the better me
