Time to embrace unfathomed changes
Syllabic Poem|The Culminating 30
Time
Chosen
To
Embrace
Unfathomed
Changes
Ideas
Old eras
Fast fading,
Resurrection
Unexpectedly
Leading us now
To new points of view
Like none yet considered
By all but a few,
We cannot continue
Old dead and broken courses
Look, a new path ahead
Beckons us yet still forward
There is little time left to waste
No reason to stand idle
Staring back at these still shadows
Wondering who it is that will lead
Who has all the simple answers
It’s on you and me to make the grade
Empower the weak, make well the insane
Where are we looking, whom do we seek
Were we not told of “greater things than these”
No one is coming, stop a moment and see
Change is within us, it always has been!
