the large rock
strong and hard
on top of the mountain
It doesn't move.
It has never moved.
It's been there for years.
since God created it.
Heavy rains come and go.
But the rock remains the same.
Wild creatures walk on top of it.
Birds come and go.
However, the rock remains sturdy.
It remains the same.
Nature has taken its course.
You were born.
and you grew up
By the grace of God,
just like the rock.
on top of the mountain.
Be strong like a rock.
Don't tumble,
simply because of the wind.
Don't simply fall because of someone.
Don't be terrified of hurdles.
People will come into your life.
Some people will leave.
You'll be left alone.
You will remain as you are.
Stand firm like a rock.
Let things happen.
Let them do things.
Do not change.
if they want you to change
Do not please people.
Start with yourself.
be happy
love yourself
Stand firm and strong.
just like the rock.
