See the mom struggling with her kids and her groceries?
See the older woman trying to mow her lawn?
See the grandfather trying to paint his porch?
See the man trying to open the door with his arms full?
Don’t just stand there.
Go and offer your assistance.
See a need
Fill a need
You can make this world such a better place for us all to live

This world would be a better place
If we would all just get along
This world would be a fantastic place
If we would all just stop being mean
This world would be an excellent place
If we would all just stop being cruel

See the kids who are picked on?
The one for wearing glasses?
The one for being overweight?
The one for being a nerd?
The one for being too skinny?
The one for failing the test?
Are the ones different than the rest?
Don’t just sit there.
Stand up
Speak up
Be the change this world needs.

This world would be a better place
If we would all just get along
This world would be a fantastic place
If we would all just stop being mean
This world would be an excellent place
If we would all just stop being cruel

We should treat each other with kindness
And kindness will come back to us threefold
Never be MUGLY to others who are different than us
And always try to understand where they are coming from
This life would be so much easier for each of us
If we just practiced the Golden Rule
In every aspect of our lives.
The Golden Rule is not just for Christians to follow
In my humble opinion
But for everyone to follow
Life would be so much better
If everyone just thought before they acted
And stopped doing any harm before they did any harm
