The moon's forbidden love affair

A silver ribbon unfurls from the moon.

A gift for her lover singing in the lagoon

Notes of adoration, his love expresses

His heart, she eternally possesses

Passion erupting, love flowing free

From the heavens to the seven seas

The distance mounted between

The lover and his heart’s queen

Illuminated by his faraway devotion

As he stays among the waves of the ocean

The galaxy can not contain the flames of her desire

This gorgeous romance could set the universe on fire

Her sacrifice, a secret, a hidden dream

Delicate but mighty, as her silver gleam

He stays among the waves, watching her nightly

Melancholy but content, for she shines brightly

A gleaming silver disc, adoring him from the stars

Calling out, do you feel this forbidden love of ours?

The moon and her lover, a fantastic story untold

Loving from afar to save the young and the old
