Bad Days - Christopher Banford

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade,

But when life becomes a difficulty, that saying begins to fade,

Somethings things go wrong, sometimes things are bad,

Sometimes things aren’t happy, sometimes things are sad,

Optimism is good, but can be taken to far,

Being happy all the time is not what life is for,

Sometimes we must mourn, sometimes we must cry,

Sometimes we must comfort, sometimes we must say goodbye,

So rejoice when it’s your day, celebrate the glory in every conceivable way,

But when things are dreadful, and it’s more than you can withstand,

Hold onto the promise that soon it will end.
