The Awakening
It stopped breathing. Joseph wearaly gazed upon his hands, appalled by the blood smothered on his fingertips. The innocent animal lay dead at his feet. He began to weep. Quickly he wiped away his tears, and speedily began to bury the dead animal, as he had done with the many others that he had so horridly killed.

The Barn
Air rushed into her lungs. Her muscles ached. Her head screamed. Her neck throbbed. Flashing open, her eyes darted around, taking in her surroundings. She was in a barn. An old barn. Made of wood. She was wearing a white jumpsuit with the number “Twenty-One” printed on it. Slowly she rose to her feet. A sudden gasp startled her as she spun around. It was a man, with messy hair, wearing the same jumpsuit as her but with the number “Eleven” printed on it. He was only a few feet from her. Suddenly, he jumped to his feet, spinning around, shocked by his environment. His eyes then locked onto hers.

Zion
She was almost to safety. Amelia was running as fast as she could. She was so close. Liam anxiously stood on the other side of the fence, his hand stretched through the breach. The Predator roared behind her. She reached out, ready for Liam to grab her and pull her through the opening. The Predator’s claws stretched out to kill her. Her hand seized Liam’s, their eyes locked, then a sudden scream, and she was gone.
