Stop trying to be strong

Throw away the keys

To the self-made cell you’ve lived in

And let yourself walk free

Let others in, surround you

Be vulnerable, don’t hide

You can trust the love around you

You don’t have to hold to pride

For when you build a fort

To keep the world at bay

You’ve really built a prison

A cage in which you’ll stay
