Mozart: One Word Is Enough

Any word from your full name is enough

to know who you are and will always be;

Amadeus, to love God; all gods, tough

or mythologised, would have loved to see

you, Wolfgang, wolf path, since a god you are;

the god of music, classical, they say;

the god of all Earth’s sounds you are by far,

Bach and Beethoven by your side to play

the most wholehearted music ever made;

the Requiem life refused to let you

end, terminating you instead, afraid,

if you did, the Universe would be through,

unable to process the waved fissure

for the spacetime continuum’s fisher.
