A reading of “Angel’s Gale.” The Quadru-Haiku.
I’m a heap of flesh
on a mattress of plastic;
drifting through the sea.
☆꧁༒💿༒꧂☆
There’s a gale that sings
a soothing song for angels;
quiet ecstasy.
☆꧁༒💿༒꧂☆
Underneath the stars
the ocean breaks. The reaper
says kindly to me,
☆꧁༒💿༒꧂☆
“Remember to breathe
until we reach the glass beach,
where we’ll die in peace.”
