Always on my mind

A poem from the living to the dead

Your memory lives on my love

In the life you left behind

I think of you every day,

You are always on my mind

Truly missed and mourned

While you behold Heaven's glory

As long as I'm on this earth

I will continue to tell your story

I cannot physically see you

But deep within my heart

It feels like you are with me

And we have never been apart

I listen for your voice

But I no longer hear it

Until we meet again

I will love you in spirit
