Of all the wonders Earth does share,
The first thing to an alien, I'd declare,
A sunrise over mountains, painted gold,
A sight of beauty, a story to be told.
With hues of orange, pink, and crimson too,
The morning sky, a stunning, vibrant view,
It whispers tales of hope and brand new days,
A universal language in its gentle blaze.
From distant galaxies, they'd journey far,
To witness dawn beneath our radiant star,
For in its tranquil glow, they'd surely find,
The boundless magic of humankind's design.
In this celestial moment, I'd bestow,
The essence of our world, in morning's glow,
A greeting to our visitors from afar,
A symbol of peace, beneath the same star.
So if an alien lands upon our shore,
I'd guide them to this sight, forevermore,
A sunrise on Earth, a timeless grace,
The first gift we'd share, in this cosmic space.
