Abuse can also be mentally and emotionally.

Abuse can sometimes be financial.

Abuse is everywhere.

Abuse doesn’t mean it’s one person onto another.

Abuse can be done to oneself.

Abuse comes from wanting power.

Abuse comes in many forms.

Abuse will do anything to be in power.

Abuse feels good in power.

Abuse goes away when no power.

Don’t give abuse power.

But abuse is manipulative.

Abuse is not wanted.

There is no energy for abuse.

Don’t waste energy on abuse.

Abuse is energy you give.

Why give abuse the energy.

You are special. You are loved.

Don’t let abuse tell you otherwise.
