A light emerged from the shadows.

Perfectly timed.

Darker days, had been left unchecked.

The daylight emerged, but nothing was brighter,

The downcast of grey that shrouded the heavens,

Among hearts that yearned for something more.

Passing by, but not perceiving,

Going by, but merely enduring.

Sorrow seemed to permeate the land,

Even without the downpour of the rain.

The heartbeat felt thunder without the shroud of the storm in the sky,

Despite how bright or dark the days, may be.

But, something different springed forth at the most unlikely time.

A small thing, seemingly insignificant,

Almost unworthy to take note of.

But, would determine the course of the events yet to take place.

A light, from the darkness, began to spring.
