🤍

By TestPublished 5 months ago Updated 5 months ago 1 min read

You play life like a chess board -

Always looking for a pawn

To counter.

Move to

Win.

A rookie takedown.

Every square painted-

Black and White.

For or against.

You -

Never thought to stroke.

The alabaster or-

Take a metronome moment to,

Tik,

Tok.

Ponder on,

Anyhing but your own,

Variegated.

View of Point.

Fixated on you and -

Yor next

Play for a-

Self-perceived victory.

Proud.

Chest puffed up like the frog king-

With a bishop's guilt.

Except the pawn.

In your funny little game.

Of chess.

Mate.
