A Dark Corner of Paradise

Why does there have to be a subtitle?

I live in a dark corner of paradise; most would argue it’s not a part of paradise, but I’d argue it is.

Citizens exclaim, “There is violence there!” Citizen, there is violence, here. You’re here. You just don’t recognize the boundaries of these neighborhoods.

Citizens (sheep really) want a war on drugs! A war on drugs! Because television tells them to desire that. It’s 2020. Drugs won the war on drugs. Next topic.

“We need a police force to victimize society as a whole!” They can’t even be that honest or articulate that, plus the motherfuckers think “the troops are fighting for our freedom!”

I get frustrated from time to time with their mental limitations and their significant number (and we need them to wake up), I have brought some of them to my neighborhood, the dark corner of paradise, and none of them have regretted it. Most have decided to stay.
