I am my own best friend
I will never turn my back on myself
I will never look down on myself
I will never betray myself
Friends come
Friends go
But I remain forever inside this body
I will forever be loyal and true to myself until the day I die
I will stand firm for myself
I will defend myself
I am vulnerable
But I am strong and courageous
I am worth more than riches
We are all worth more than riches as humans
I have self love, not excessive pride
I will never let anyone get me down
