I am 21. These are some reminders I give myself.

1)Be your light- Life fills us with moments of darkness and despair. There are times when we do not wish to strive and live the conniving thing called existence. Be your sunshine, light up your life with the courage of hope

2)Smile. You may have thousands of reasons to be sad, but even one reason to smile is enough to get you going

3)Give up on any part of yourself that wanted to save someone who was okay to watch you drowning

4)Lose yourself in the world of imagination once in a while, it is important to escape from reality when it overbears the bane of the being.

5)Keep yourself first. People act at their convenience when it comes to their self-interest. Be selfish with your time and energy.

6)Investing in yourself is the best investment you can ever make.

7)The cost of being undisciplined will be the biggest loss you incur.

8)Self Love will take you a long way and become your strength.

9) Belief in the version of self people show you. Don’t ever fall for the potential form of a person you think they can be.

10)Let go of anything that no longer serves you, grows you, or excites you.

11)Get out of your comfort zone.

12)Talk to random strangers.

13) Be fearless in the pursuit of your dreams.

14) Do not take advice from people who have not been through what you are currently experiencing.

15) You do not need to forgive and forget. You can move on without those things.

16)Each day try to do something that makes you happy.

17)It’s okay to be on your time. You do not need to coincide with the timeline laid down by the society.

18) Take rest and take frequent breaks. You are doing the best you can.

19) Do not doubt your potential. You are suffering from self-doubt and self-paralysis while others are afraid of your full potential.

20)Have faith, everything gets better with time.

21) Lastly be grateful for what you have. Have pride in how far you come and have faith in how far you can go.
