Wisdom to Apply to Our Daily Lives from Frozen Song Titles

By. Angelica Garcia

Let It Go, Show Yourself, and Into the Unknown are song titles created by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez for the Frozen movies. These songs bring joy to people of all ages. They are catchy, and they can be fun to sing along to. Although the songs as a whole have encouraging messages, the song titles alone can be motivating enough. Together, the song titles can make people think: keep calm. Let it go, and once in a while, show yourself into the unknown. When people think about these words and apply them to their daily lives, these words can definitely help people improve their mental health and well-being.

For instance, relaxing and letting things go may not be easy sometimes, but it can help us move forward and focus on our short-term and long-term goals. Sometimes, when something like stress, anxiety, exhaustion, and frustration overpower us, some of us can go into this downward spiral, and it can become hard to relax and let things go. Things can become tougher if we continue to give power to these kinds of emotions. Of course, these emotions are okay to feel because they are a normal part of life. But if we don’t take time to do our best to let go of things that bring us down, we can develop a negative mindset to the point where it could become even more challenging to become more positive in life. One thing that can help is taking the time to pause and take deep breaths. After taking the time to do this, we can develop clarity and refocus on our life goals with a more positive outlook.

Another thing is that sometimes we can deal with fear and doubt, and we might stay in our comfort zone as a result. In some ways, staying in our comfort zone can be a good thing. However, if we are unhappy and feel stuck, we might need to muster up the courage to show ourselves into the unknown. In other words, this means we would need to step out of our comfort zones and take more risks. It can be scary. But our happiness is a priority. If we are unhappy, we deserve to be happy and live life to the fullest. It can take time for someone to step out of their comfort zone, but as long as we all take steps towards our goals – no matter how big or small – it is enough.

Letting things go and showing ourselves into the unknown can be challenging. But always know that you are not alone. With whatever you feel in any particular situation in your life, there will always be someone out there in the world who would feel the same thing in the same circumstance or something similar. I know there can be some stigma concerning feeling certain emotions, especially emotions that people find cynical. However, it is okay for us to feel whatever we feel because every emotion we can feel as humans exist. It is a normal part of life. People can judge how others feel without realizing that they can feel the same thing too. It is just that people might feel things at different levels. But that is okay because we are all different. Nobody is perfect, so don’t worry about being perfect in managing your emotions. Instead, always think about your happiness and what being able to step out of your comfort zone, relax, and let things go can do in your life. When you can step out of your comfort zone, you can experience and do something you can feel proud of later. Also, letting go of things that put you down can help you set your mind at ease, and it can help you positively move forward with your life. A good trick to do so is to take some time to relax, breathe, and redirect your thoughts into something more positive in our pursuit of happiness.
