When efforts vanish away

to an extent to quit

I think it’s human to feel distressed when you are striving for something & you are not getting the results.

When according to you, all the possible efforts are done, those steps required to be taken are accomplished, all those actions regarding the plan to be successful are fulfilled but still no results …….

As it is said that you can’t cross the sea by just staring at the deep ocean with the fear of being drowned ,,,, but what if somebody has already attempted to dive into it fearless of being drowned but finding no solution to be at the shore.

I guess the thing that makes us more distressed is when we don’t get things the way we have imagined in our minds.

Although it is never guaranteed the time when success will come, when the most awaited results will appear, yes this is for sure that the only path that leads to destiny is persistence, so rather than getting discouraged with no results, we can keep hitting the rock, as there is no reason that it won’t give way to light & air one day.

The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over the other.

As sometimes it feels better not to talk about anything to anyone, but contrary to this I feel relieved when I pen my feelings out, I feel that yes it’s transferred what I feel, not thinking about any results but rather just realizing my satisfaction of being relaxed, & I guess it’s worth it

Times of stress are also the moments of growth and if you use adversity properly we can grow through adversity.

And why don’t we think that if a person is temporary how can the pain be permanent?

People & things do not upset us rather, we upset ourselves by believing that they can upset us.

We should deal first with whatever is causing us the greatest emotional distress. Often it will break the logjam in your work & free you up mentally to complete the other tasks.

Hence whatever is bothering us the most that problem needs to be fixed first at any cost but if it’s a matter of time waiting for the problem to get the solution, we need to be patient to get the best out of it & never lose hope, if we master this at the moment of distress than there is no reason of being discouraged.

One more thing that can give us better results is the distraction of our mind, for instance, if the moment we are thinking of something unpleasant we should distract our mind by keeping ourselves busy, which leads to the best results.

Once this moment is conquered there is no way of being under stress anymore.

Therefore it is us to make ourselves practice that efforts have to be done until the results are seen because it is not the one-day match that announces the result of being a winner or a loser, rather it is a life that requires consistent effort beyond boundaries to get the best out of it.

The moments that weakens our potential should be shattered by diverting our attention to doing something productive & beneficial, we should look around & analyze exactly where our effort can spread smile on others' face, and how can we lighten up the burden of those who are striving with life either emotionally or financially.

We should always look down on, the people many of those wishes to be in the position we are at present, then of course we will never regret it.
