Having a difficult time is a fairly typical occurrence in life, most frequently when it involves being overweight, failing in a relationship, failing financially, or losing a loved one. Now, the focus of my page will be on recovery and success. I'd want to start by sharing my experience and the reasons I believe that healing is crucial for everyone's well-being.

JESSICA HERE, AND HERE IS MY TALE.

Growing up was enjoyable for me because I had many siblings and friends, a wonderful family, and a very wealthy upbringing. At the age of 16, i completed secondary school and began applying for admission to prestigious universities. After being accepted into the university, I felt like a big girl who could do whatever she wanted. Unfortunately for me, I fell in love and centered my entire universe around the person. It started off as a straightforward teen relationship, but as we got older, things changed, and our connection become poisonous. I began to struggle academically and felt despondent. Things were not going well for me, but since I was in love, I simply continued fighting quietly. I began to distance myself from my family and friends because I was so desperate to be with him. I closed my family out since they were telling me not to be with him, and after graduating from university, I entirely left home to live with him. Money wasn't an issue for us because he was a very affluent lad from a wealthy family. Despite this, he pampered me terribly by buying me costly automobiles, designer clothes, shoes, and handbags.I was ecstatic, but the only drawback was his anger management difficulties, which I thought I could help him with over time. Unfortunately, I was unaware of his behind-the-scenes activities.

To shorten the tale, he told me he was going on a business trip after a year of living with him. He left and cut me off and instructed his mother to get rid of me. I returned home and was warmly received by my family. I was absolutely shattered and miserable for months, but recently I started recovering, and I'd love to share my recovery experience with you all.

I started by leaning into my emotions, realizing that I was in lust rather than love and that I had been hooked to it. I next turned my attention to self-compassion rather than self-esteem. I met some new people and learned about K-DRAMA and K-POP.

Secondly, if I'm feeling low, I pursue my hobbies in writing and singing, which always lifts my spirits and helps me feel better. I made time for new interests like sketching, dancing, and playing video games.

I blocked and erased anything on any platform that made me think of my ex. I kept my attention on myself and extended grace to myself. I recently obtained a job and am now still recovering, but I already feel lot better about myself. I also have plans to get my master's degree shortly. Although sharing this experience with you all was really hard for me, I am so grateful to God for allowing it.

A FEW CRUCIAL HEALING SUGGESTIONS.

-Give yourself permission to grieve and avoid attempting to numb the hurt.

-Follow your passions and carve out time for new interests.

A PERSONAL PRAYER FOR STRENGTH

My Lord and my God, help me in times of weakness and pain. I ask that You sustain me by Your grace so that my strength and courage do not fail. Please heal me according to Your will and inspire me to believe that what happens to me here is trivial in light of eternity. Amen.

I APPRECIATE YOU LISTENING TO MY STORY.
