What is success?

Have you ever wondered what success is that so many people give up their whole life to pursue? Is it the perfect result in the work, the accuracy of every detail? Or is that another way of saying successful, which means having a rich life, and being respected by everyone? Then take some time to think quietly.

Life will only show you people who achieve success in a surprisingly simple way. Success is when father and son dare to step into the kitchen and cook the dishes that mother likes on the occasion of March 8. The soup may be a bit salty, and the fish sauce that should have been dark red turns to… burnt black.

But looking at the tray of rice, my mother still smiled. Because the father and son cannot succeed on the "battlefield" of the kitchen but succeed in giving their mother a "rose" of love. A gift that is more meaningful than precious gifts, that happiness glitters in her eyes.

Success is also the image of a boy with a leg deformity, never able to walk normally. From a young age, he dreamed of becoming a soccer player. After a lot of hard work, the boy became a reserve player in a small team, and never officially played. But that is not failure. On the contrary, success blossomed when the old boy, with a lot of energy and determination, conquered the situation to pursue his dream since childhood. That success, how many people achieve it?

After each university exam season, there are many "soldiers" who are sad when they know they have become "martyrs". Twenty-seven points, that's high. But what's high to do when Expectation 1 takes up to two seven points five? It's not a failure, it's just a success - delayed - delayed. Life still welcomes them with expectations 2 and 3. The important thing is that they tried their best to assert themselves. That is the true meaning of exams, and also the essence of success.

When I was a child, I read a very touching story. The story is about a poor boy with an essay describing his mother - the woman who protected his life. The boy wrote about a mother with dewy hair, ram, and wrinkled hands, but gentle and warm. He concluded that: my grandmother is a mother - a woman who has supported me throughout my life's journey.

The essay is off-topic, I have to go home and rewrite it. But that is a successful work because it contains the love of the orphaned grandchild for his grandmother. Is there any success, any love more sacred than that?

Many years ago, the press honored a poor student who passed the university entrance exam with the position of valedictorian. For him, it was a huge success. But there is another success, quietly but great, that is the victory of a father who has spent nearly 20 years riding a cyclo to raise his children to school. A lot of faith and hope appeared on the face that had suffered a lot. And the day his son graduated from college was also the day he graduated from the course - class - of - person - father.

I know a female student who graduated from college with honors nearly twenty years ago. With her talent, she can achieve success in her career path and fame. But the student that year accepted to sacrifice the opportunities of her life to become a good wife, a gentle mother of two little princesses.

To this day, as a middle-aged woman, she still tells me: "Taking care of my father and two children, for my mother is a great success". Every time I hear that I cry. Family is the happiness, the beautiful fruit of her life, and we have to thank her for that.

People have always wanted to succeed, but blindly pursuing success is meaningless. Do you want to be rich, want to become a billionaire like Bill Gates? Then fold the coin carefully and give it to the old beggar by the roadside. With that beautiful work, you will let people understand that you are not only rich in material but also rich in soul. Then you have succeeded.

Do you sometimes dream that success will come to you like Abramovich – the owner of a team full of stars? Success is not far away, as long as you spend time taking care of your family's "team". There, you get the unconditional love that Abramovich doesn't get in return from his players. Success comes to everyone in such a simple and sweet way!

You were born, and it was a great success for the father and mother. It is your responsibility to preserve the perfect beauty of that success. Never broodingly think that life is a series of failures, because as an English professor once said: "This life has no failures, maybe it's the way we see things." For me, success is when someone reads this small article. Maybe I won't get a high score, but putting my thoughts into the writing page, for me, is a success.
