Life itself is a questionable event. We question the why of life on a daily basis. The good, the bad and all of the in betweens. Why things happened or not. Are things going to happen or are they Life itself is a questionable event. We question the why of life on a daily basis. The good, the bad and all of the in betweens. Why things happened or not. Are things going to happen or are they not? We can get so caught up in the past and future that we forget about today. Today is the catalyst for tomorrow but putting all of your energy into tomorrow encapsulates the present of the right now. This gift is held captive, being put on a shelf until every day after but what if tomorrow never comes? At the end of life imagine all of these days sitting on a shelf collecting dust. Never opened. Would they seem mediocre now or would you want to enthusiastically unwrapp them? You’d want to breathe in every minute of everyday. Each moment would be absolutely precious! The price of life is priceless. Never let the cost of right now seem too minuscule. Never let today be undervalued because it is the highest ticketed item that we could ever receive. Stay hopeful for tomorrow but the anticipation of living should never remain there. The word life itself should end with a permanent question mark, never a period. Let life flow. Enjoy the now.

Breathe in today. Today is the only moment in the existence of time that comes with a guarantee. The mundane aspects of life can lead you into always looking the future however it’s your life, your choices. Get out of the mundane. Change takes effort but change is ultimately possible. Nothing really ever stays the same anyways. Resisting change leaves you stuck. If you’re not happy change it. If you feel stuck, change it. You’re the only one who can. External sources, will never change you or your life.

Change comes from within and nothing external can bring you to change the ways that you’re not happy in your life. This is your life not anyone elses. Never put all of your hopes and dreams into tomorrow. This moment, right now is where your desires must lie and right now is when you must take immediate action into fulfilling them.

In your book of life do you want it remaining all dusty and dirty, placed up on a shelf and only occasionally opened by someone else or do you want it being read daily? Every hope and wish fulfilled, jotted down, opened again and again by you! You are writing the story of your life in this very moment. Not tomorrow. How would the page of today read? Would it be blank, only planning for the future or would the page be filled with the expectations you have for you and your life? The happiness from this very moment is understanding how precious life is? Never take for granted the page of today, make it plural.

Do something fun. Smile. Laugh. Enjoy. Compliment someone else. Give. Help someone else. Inspire yourself. Inspire someone else. Give your hope to someone else. Take a walk. Enjoy nature. Sit under the stars. Tell the moon your deepest secrets. The ones you hold inside waiting to be heard. Enjoy the sun as it kisses your skin. Look up, at the sky. Not only look at the clouds but see them. Let the rain fall on you and replenish your soul. Find your inner child. Walk through a puddle, splash the water. Skip some rocks. Throw a frisbee. Don’t just look at a flower, smell it. Light a candle, smell the fragrance but watch it flicker. Dancing around. Meditate. Become aligned again with the true essence of you and then you will understand just how beautiful today is. The best things in life are always free!

Life is not to be understood, it’s to be lived.
