In life, We face many problems. We have stress, anxiety, and future tension despite all this can't we make our life simple? Here I am giving some self-experience tips.

1. Find out which things are important in your life

 In our daily life, we are taking the stress of things are out of our control. We can reduce our stress by focusing on important things. Don't take the tension of small things. For example, If you miss one bus others will come, then why we should take tension?

2. Learn how to manage stress.

We have two types of stress: internal stress and external stress, so we have to manage both stresses. There should be some stress in our life because it motivates us. But a high level of stress is very harmful to our bodies. It increases blood pressure and various diseases in the human body. Hence when you feel stress speak it to your loved ones. Go outside, take a walk, watch a movie.

3. Practice meditation and various breathing exercises.

If you are doing daily meditation and pranayama then actually you are making your life easier. Meditation and pranayama increase your mindfulness. They help us release happy hormones in our body.

We require physical exercise to make our body fit in this way we require meditation to make a sound mind.

4. Live in the Present.

We think if we have an XYZ car then I will be happy, if I get this then I will be happy. This all things are useless. Try to live in the present. You cannot do anything about the past. The future is not in your control and if you are ruining your present for the future or past then you wasting your life.

So live in present enjoy every moment whether it will drinking tea or watching favourite tv serials it is up to you how you enjoy your time.

5. Control your time spending on mobile.

Many times when we are doing any important work and phone rings or you will get your Instagram notification and then you directly open your Instagram and you spend time on it, and you cannot know how much time you have wasted on Instagram then after regret then you come to work again but spending time on Instagram has ruined your energy and work capacity. While you do any task whether be it office work or daily, take your mobile away it is your prime time taking gadgets.

6. Make a casual timetable and stick to it.

The first thing here you don't have to stick a strict timetable. Make some rules in your life of waking up in the morning. Take a deep breath walk or dance for 10 minutes. Eat at a regular interval of time, Take off your work period and follow it, Take time to rest.

Make sure you are taking good care of your physical and emotional life, so you must follow time. Make the distance from people who always trying to steal your time. We have one life and we should use our time wisely, like money.

7. Exercise Regularly

How it is possible? Yes, our body needs exercise to de to detoxify our all systems. Exercise releases dopamine in our brain that makes us feel happy and satisfied also, exercise reduces our stress hormone and makes us feel better. It has many physical benefits exercise makes you strong you get an adequate level of oxygen. Which makes skin glow increase your positive thinking and makes life easy.

8. Take enough rest

Whatever work you are doing, whether it is office work or playing video games on mobile phones, the key thing is that you have to take a rest. I see people work continuously without stopping like a machine these things increase our stress, give us back problems and make us little lazy.

So when you get enough rest that is a break from your work, then after that you can start work with new enthusiasm, power, and a fresh mind.

9. Eat the Right food.

We are made up of what we eat

Your eating habits have more impact on your daily life and living. If you are eating junk key food daily, then it doesn't matter what exercise you are doing. I see people eating food like pizza burgers daily. This kind of food contains processed food that harms your body. I suggest you replace your diet with fresh leafy vegetables with fruit juice, also eat fewer carbohydrates food, and increase your protein content. Use less edible oil will help you more.

10.Try to remain calm and happy when the situation is going against you.

Sometimes in our life, things didn't turn out as our expectations. Then what we do? We think about things that webcam not control. So try to manage the situation. If your colleague is conspiring against you let him. Don't get stressed out by little things. Everyone in this world gets failure in misery. That's human life. Try to become a calm person, this will help you in a lot of ways.

The living simple life is possible, but to make it happen you need consistency and strong will power. It depends on your potential and will. Life seems complicated when we lookout but when we try to go inside, it becomes more simple and joyful.
