This is the story of my unluckiest article on Medium.

A very interesting one.

Before we start, I want to ask you a question, do you believe in luck?

Think for a moment.

If your answer is, Yes, I believe in luck, but more than that I believe in hard work. Then, this is exactly my answer as well.

Yes, I believe in hard work.

I believe in consistency.

I believe in perseverance.

I believe in putting best of the efforts.

More than that, I believe in helping others with my knowledge.

Your hard work puts you where the good luck can find you

But, even when you have put your 100%. With sole aim to help others. And still if you don’t get the result, That’s where luck has played its role.

It’s time to retrospect.

It’s time to reflect.

It’s time to bounce back with redoubled efforts and redoubled enthusiasm.

And, I am on it.

But, What happened to that article? Why it became the unluckiest one?

That article got lost in the world of millions of articles on medium.

The article got hidden in the sea of countless other articles. But, it was a real gem.

I tried to figure out why this could have happened. And, I came up with 3 point analysis.

I may be completely wrong. Not sure. But, I want to share it with you.

• To begin with, I published this article on Sunday. May be it was not the right timing to publish such a gem of an article. On Sunday, people may not be exploring medium as much as they do on weekdays. May be or May be not?

• In addition to that, Initially the title was different. May be it was not an attention grabbing one. And, that’s the reason, people may have skipped it and missed that gem of an article. Now, I have changed the title to make it more meaningful and attention grabbing. Let’s see if it helps.

• Moreover, In the beginning of the article, I talked about my ambition. May be people are not interested to read me singing my praises in front of the universe. So, who ever opened it may have skipped reading it. And then, medium may have stopped recommending it to others. Possible, right?

Yes, this was it. this was the story of that unlucky article.

That unluckiest article has so much to offer.

It can open up the doors of motivation and immense inspiration.

It is worth reading it. That article deserves its fate turned to be the luckiest one. Yes, That article deserves your attention.
