The Recipe for a Manifestation
A little bit of this, a little bit of that...
There are two very powerful ingredients that come together in order to form a manifestation.
Those two ingredients are gratitude and belief.
Your gratitude is what starts the manifestation process. It's the base. Each morning, I sit in bed and I write down three things that I'm grateful for in that moment. These things could be anything, from how comfy my bed is to how happy I am that I'm so confident.
After that, I write down three things that I'm manifesting. The thing is, I write them in the form of a gratitude statement. This means that if I'm manifesting the ability to pay all of my bills that month, my statement will be, "I am so grateful that I can afform to pay all of my bills this month."
Another example could be that you're manifesting 500 followers. In a gratitude statement, this has already happened: "I am so grateful that I have reached 500 followers."
The gratitude process starts the manifestation process because it opens us up. When going into manifestation, we should be aware of all of the greatness that surrounds us already. We should be aware of all of the good that we already have.
So, if I were the universe, I wouldn't want to receive anyone's manifestations (or even listen to them) if there was no gratitude behind what they were saying. Asking and asking will get you nowhere when you're not appreciative of what you've already received.
So when you start your manifestation process with three gratitude statements, you're already putting yourself into the right mindset.
The second ingredient is belief. Belief is what carries us to receiving our manifestation.
The laws of the universe tell us that we can create anything that we want, especially the law of assumption. If we assume something to be true, that will be true. If we assume that we can create something, then we can ABSOLUTELY create that thing.
Imagine manifesting the ability to pay all of your bills. How useless would it be to write down this manifestation but then have no belief that this manifestation would come true? Your disbelief would be actively working against your manifestation the whole time.
So I want you to think - what do you assume to be true? What do you assume that you're going to create?
Do these things that you assume to be true actually happen? Are they coming true? Every time that you reassure yourself that everything is going to work out - does it?
Do these things that you assume you're going to create actually come to fruition? Are you able to create? Every time you put your all into a project and hope for the best, knowing that you'll come up with the best thing that you can produce - is it the best?
If you're anything like me, you know that when you assume the universe works a certain way, it starts to work out that certain way.
Let's look at the opposite example. How many times when you're having a bad day did you assume that your day would just get worse, and then it did?
As you can see, these things happen with belief. So that means that we can make the opposite true as well, with enough belief and mindset work.
This can be as simple as assuming that you'll have a good day that day. Or even better, assuming that you'll get everything that you've ever dreamed of.
Your assumpton is your belief. The more you think a certain way, the more it comes true. Self fulfilling prophecies are real, which is purely why manifestation can be so powerful - not a lot of people recognize this.
You can convince yourself that you're going to fail, and you will fail. Or you can convince yourself that you're going to win, and guess what? The universe is gonna make sure you fucking win... as long as you believe it.
People don't realize that manifestation can be as simple as a shift in belief.
YOU are the key to invention and creation.
