"The Power of Habit" is also a self-development book. It was written by Pulitzer Prize-winning author Charles Duhig, as a best-selling book. The book was on the best-selling list in the New York Times for 120 consecutive weeks.

By applying the teachings of this book many people have improved economically and socially and have overcome laziness. Many have come out of drug addiction.

At the beginning of the book, the author talks about a woman named "Lisa". Who is addicted to excessive cigarettes? Everything was going badly for her. The woman had a lot of debt. He had no control over and had fitness problems.

Extremely lazy and incompetent "Lisa" travels to Egypt and decides that she will travel to the desert exactly one year later. So he decided to give up his bad habits. At first, she decided to quit smoking.

But with that comes some bad habits. For example: eating on time, going to bed, waking up, exercising and increasing body fitness, etc.

As a result, he got a lot of positive results. She has an attractive appearance. Laziness decreased due to doing all the work according to the routine.

He had a good job. He was able to repay all the loans and deposit extra money in the bank. His performance in everything increased significantly.

The author thinks that the book can benefit a person in three ways. E.g.

1. The way the habit works. The practice works in three ways, guessing, doing routine, and rewarding!

2. Being one of the three steps, routine. How to use it to change bad habits.

3. Ways to strengthen your will. Through this, you will be able to do whatever you want with yourself.

The connections between the functions of our body and mind occur through neurons. Functions between the body and the mind are coordinated by neurons in the brain.

The brain has numerous neural pathways for every action and thought. The more you think about a task, the wider and smoother the pathway of your brain will be. Conversely, if you do not do a task, the brain neurons close the pathway to that task and become uneven and narrow.

So if you want to change your habits, you need to change your routine. And before you get used to the new routine, the tasks in the routine have to be followed according to the rules.

The author thinks that implementing habits is not always easy. Sometimes small willpower can implement a habit and some habits require much more willpower.

The book "Power of Habit" actually serves as a guideline for success in life by applying our habits. So I hope you will read the book at least once.

Miracle Morning Book Review

When we wake up in the morning, we lose our minds thinking about various problems of the world. We read all the useless information on Facebook or in the newspapers.

As a result, negative thoughts enter our heads at the beginning of the day. You might say, we don't remember the bad news anymore. But the effect of the negative attitude that enters our brain lasts all day long.

Many people remain silent after waking up in the morning. Some die praying, some are meditating. As a result of meditation or prayer, the beginning of the day is very fresh and the mind stays refreshed and positive throughout the day.

The author named it "Affirmation". It's a positive announcement, something you say over and over every day for a while.

For example, suppose you want to earn 1,000 a month Now if you wake up every morning after praying and meditating for a few minutes and say over and over again, "I'm going to make 1,000 a month for the next year."

Then this idea will stay in your mind and you will work towards fulfilling this goal on your own and start doing what needs to be done. While that goal may be difficult to achieve, it will be easier for you to hear it over and over again.

Again, if you are not confident, get up every morning and say to yourself over and over again, "I am a confident person". Once you see, self-confidence has come.

When the writer was in one of the worst times of his life, he kept talking to his mind about success and imagining the future, which helped him a lot to boost his self-confidence.

If you imagine a reflection of your success every morning, your subconscious mind begins to think of them as real. Then there will come a time when you will want to make your goal a reality. Do what you need to do

One thing we all know is that exercise helps keep both bodies and minds healthy. If you exercise for a while in the morning, your energy level will be much higher for the whole day.

According to the author, even if one only jumps for 1 minute every morning, his energy level will be better than any other day.

Exercising in the morning increases blood flow to the heart, body, and brain which can give you a good start in the morning.

The author's teacher's advice came in handy when writing the book "Miracle Morning". He said that it is important to develop certain good habits every day in the morning and they should be done regularly. He who conquered the morning conquered the whole day.
