The more anger, the more you have to control yourself

Once people indulge their emotions, the consequences are unimaginable, they will lose themselves under emotional control and do things that lose their sanity, hurting others and hurting themselves more.

Really smart people, all know how to stabilize their emotions.

1, anger can get out of control

Aristotle said: "Each of us is cast by their repeated actions."

If your life is filled with endless anger, over time will slowly be affected, become explosive, and easy to anger, like a cannonball that a little on the explosion.

Understand the disadvantages of indulging in anger, but also understand the benefits of restraint of anger, to stabilize the emotions to stabilize life, the thoughts and ideas will be put into practice.

2, happy easy to forget

It is common for people to be happy when things happen.

3、You can't stop worrying

Sometimes, a different perspective on the problem will find a different wonder.

So, the more you think of your troubles in a bad light, the easier it is to affect your emotions.

If you don't even believe you can solve it, how can you solve it?

It's not that you can't stop worrying, it's that you are afraid of worrying and magnify what you can solve.

Many times, if you choose to believe in yourself, you can easily solve the problem.

The so-called unstoppable worries are used as sustenance to achieve better so that you can transform into a better you again and again.

Whether it is anger, happiness, or worry, once indulged in the consequences are unimaginable, only learn to stabilize their emotions, to master their lives, so that they not to things, not to their sadness.
