Interestingly the heart has the ability to anticipate and detect our responses to events even before they happen. Scientific research has validated the presence of a system in the heart which transmits a substantial amount of information to the brain impacting how we feel, think and sense things. These patterns are closely monitored by centers in the brain that interpret them as feelings such, as fear, anger, joy or appreciation. When we are burdened with stress, worry, impatience or overwhelmed with information or indecision it disrupts our hearts rhythm leading to irregularity and chaos. This disorder then interferes with our system causing disruptions or "noise" that desynchronize neurons in our brain.
