Make Good Choices
Have any of you heard that new Luke Bryan song? I guess it's not all that new now. It's called "Fast," and it talks about how quickly life goes, and I really appreciate that song. I graduated in 2014, and since then I have realized how quickly life can pass by. My dad once said, "When you are an adult, the days sometimes feel like they will never end, but then you blink and the week has passed. And soon it's been a month, and then a year, and you don't even know where the time has went."

What are the odds that you should be alive right now reading this article and my website? We don’t normally think about the likelihood of our existence on this planet but I believe that it’s something to ponder and be thankful for. Lem BingePublished 6 years ago in MotivationYou Were Not Created to Fail
You were NOT created to FAIL. I recently had a life changing experience. I had lateral ligament ankle surgery. I suffered so many ankle sprains I had stretched my ligaments beyond repair. I have been spraining my ankle once every other year since I was 12-years-old. I am an active person. I am a runner, a hiker, a dancer...it really took a toll on me and it was incredibly tough to make the decision to go through with surgery. Also, because I was afraid of losing my job. A job I didn't like but paid me a decent salary.

Then there's irrational fear which is a phobia, but fear could also be a sickness for the people who think very differently than the "normal" way of thinking. Fear can cause damage to a person's brain and impair the memories, so their way of thinking is distorted.
