Tracking down Motivation During Change
Motivation is surrounding us. Here and there it arrives in an email named 'TYWK' or 'For You'. Here and there it's an image posted via online entertainment. Different times it's more unpretentious.

Stars shimmered splendidly in a moonless sky, reflecting in the quiet waters of Lake George in the Adirondack heaps of upstate New York. It was a warm August evening, as we laid back in the boat, wondering about the sublime Smooth Way. Dim skies made the stars more splendid during this season, particularly during another moon, inspiring awe and charm. We never burnt out on stargazing while at the same time drifting on water, a genuinely vivid encounter.

The protagonist of the story is Luo Xiang teacher real counselling a hair test students he was when the college entrance examination, due to failure of the examination, resulting in being cheated, others cheated him, you can go to school first, and then pay, is the proverbial, first on the bus after the ticket °. Then he went to university, he went to university, he with the normal examination on the admission of students, the same as a student card, a meal card, a dormitory, there are classes, other people test, he also exams, test papers are exactly the same, others he has, the whole so spent four years, four years after he graduated, the final diploma found that the diploma is false, he was examined that year and also passed the examination, the law examination also passed But because the diploma is fake, can only be cancelled all! The story is told here, imagine you are that student, what is your attitude? What will you do next? How? I think if it was me, I would be very devastated, or even depressed and I would hate this society, I would give up on myself and the rest of my life would be unthinkable! I can't imagine that! But this student didn't. He spent a year and a half to pass the self-test and get a degree. He spent a year and a half to pass the self-test and get a bachelor's degree, and then retook the law exam and postgraduate entrance exams. He took a year and a half to pass the self-test, got his bachelor's degree, then took the law exam and the postgraduate entrance exam again, and passed both! This way of choosing is really admirable, not everyone in the face of such a huge blow, can be revived to get back the lost, which requires courage, but also need a strong heart to do support! The ancient Greek philosopher Abihtad once said. The ancient Greek philosopher Epictetus once said: "We are on a stage that we did not choose, and we are performing a play that we did not choose. We are on a stage that we did not choose and we are performing a play that we did not choose". Only 5% of the experiences in a person's life are ours. The rest of the 95% of things we cannot decide, we cannot decide our origin, we cannot decide our IQ, we cannot decide when and where in this life we can meet the help of nobles, we will envy other people's experience, envy other people to get a better life than ours, but what is the use of envy, when we meet life's setbacks, we often have only two choices. But what's the use of envy? When we encounter setbacks in life, we often have only two choices, to give up and to strive, we only have to solve their own setbacks in order to go to success!

Chasing individual and expert turn of events, one idea stands apart as a directing light: the development outlook. Instituted by clinician Tune Dweck, the development mentality is a conviction framework focused on the possibility that our capacities and insight can be created through commitment, exertion, and tirelessness. As opposed to a decent outlook, which expects that our characteristics and capacities are static, a development mentality sustains flexibility, cultivates an affection for learning, and enables people to embrace difficulties as any open doors for development.
Mijanul Islam KhanPublished 19 days ago in MotivationPivot really fast
Starting a business is never easy, aside from all the work it takes out of you, it also comes with very little guarantee of success and there is a high chance of failure regardless of your strategy. I started a business with a friend, which eventually failed down the line due to our inability to pivot and adapt to the changing environment, but what struck me the most was how fast my partner was willing to give up on the whole endeavor. In his mind, if our first strategy didn’t work, then the whole endeavor wasn’t worth it any ways, We would be better off doing something completely different. In the same way, there are people out there who, after trying one strategy in a specific sector, once that strategy lets them down, abandon completely instead of pivoting and keep going.
