Pazienza. The italian word that changes everything
I grew up in Italy. This one word changed how I negotiate, lead, and live. Andrea Zanon · The Italian Advantage I have lived in forty countries. I have sat in boardrooms from Beirut to Boulder, coached executives on five continents, and watched deals close and collapse across cultures I spent years learning to read. And the single most useful thing I carry from my years growing up in the Veneto, in northeastern Italy, is a word most people cannot pronounce and nobody has ever taught in a business school.

The $50 Side Hustle That Bought a Lamborghini Huracán by 29
At 19, Daniel had exactly $50 in his wallet and a mind full of frustration. He stood outside a small convenience store, staring at his reflection in the glass. Behind him, his friends laughed about weekend plans he couldn’t afford. In front of him was a future that felt stuck... minimum wage jobs, unpaid bills, and dreams that seemed too expensive to chase.

Why Most People Stay Broke
Of course, I must start this off by saying that this is not to be taken as financial advice in any way. I am not a financial advisor or professional in this field. You are responsible for your own choices when it comes to your money, your future and your life.

What's in Your House?
One of my favorite Bible stories is found in 2 Kings chapter 4. A widow tells the Prophet Elisha that she is in trouble. Her deceased husband was a faithful servant of his, and she owes creditors who are threatening to take her two sons away.

You Keep Trying to go Viral Online & it's Making You Boring
You aren’t getting seen online are you? And it’s not that you are boring… you’re just watering yourself down. There’s something happening right now online that no one is saying out loud. It’s a huge culture shift and we are watching the influencer era collapse in real time.

Solidarity
Start The Vision: How We All Rise Together Hello, everyone. My name is Yataki, and like many of you, I am an aspiring writer. I recently joined Vocal Media with a simple realization: writing can be a lonely journey, but it doesn't have to be. English is my second language. While I can speak and understand it well, I will be the first to admit that I don't use "deep" or complex English words. But I’ve learned that storytelling isn’t about using the biggest words in the dictionary; it’s about the heart and the connection you build with your readers. Why a Community Matters I aim to create a community that supports both new writers and seasoned professionals. Writing a great story is only half the battle; the other half is getting people to see it. I am the founder of a blog community on other social media platforms where we focus on boosting stories and supporting creators. I’ve seen firsthand how a small group of dedicated people can make a massive difference in a writer’s growth. I’m not here to force anyone to join. I’m here for those who are interested in growing together and reaching their goals. Even if my help feels small at first, sharing your best work across different social media apps creates ripples. Every share and every new reader is a step toward improvement. Our Mission and Simple Goals Our goal is straightforward: to create a community that is satisfied, happy, and friendly. To achieve this, our mission is built on reciprocity. To grow, we must help others grow. To become successful, we must pave the way for the success of our peers. This isn't just about "likes"—it's about genuine interaction. The "Rules of the Rise" To keep our system balanced and fair, I believe we need a few simple community rules: 1. Read to Understand: We should give our fellow writers the gift of time. Don’t just scroll; read the story and try to understand the message behind it. 2. React and Interact: Leave a comment or a heart. Engagement tells the platform's algorithm that the story is worth showing to more people. 3. Mutual Benefit: We have to be practical. Most of us are here because we want to earn from our craft. By supporting each other’s "reads," we directly help each other reach monetization goals. 4. Balance and Fairness: No one person should do all the giving. A community only works when everyone contributes equally to the ecosystem. Come on and let's start making our community the place for people who want to achieve their goals with a balanced society where all people have comfortable environment. A healthy environment in a community group can bring people together, promote respect and cooperation, and create a safe and supportive space where everyone feels valued and encouraged to participate. If this vision speaks to you, feel free to message me or leave a comment below. I would be happy to connect with writers who share the same goal of growing together. Whether you are just starting or already experienced, you are welcome here. Let’s support each other, learn from one another, and build a community where everyone has a chance to succeed.

Stop These 7 Habits To Be More Productive In Life
When I was 17 years old, I used to work and study for about 20 hours a day. I went to school, did my homework during breaks and managed a not-for-profit organization at night. At that time, working long hours landed me countless national campaigns, opportunities to work with A-list organizations and a successful career. As I got older, I started to think differently. I realized that working more is not always the right, or only, path to success.
