Understanding your goals to help you achieve them.
Look at the Big Picture
In life, we all go on a journey that only we may see the vision, yet it has not been made into a reality. Our minds are a beautiful gift of adventure and knowledge. It is daily that we may look where we are and feel like a failure or question if it's worth it. What is planned and followed through takes time and beating yourself down will only slow down the progress. Speak words of wisdom into each day, even if you do not feel like it. That is the start of your day in how you set the tone for the remainder of it. Ask yourself honest questions if you are giving 100 percent. Although, life is forever changing with many obstacles thrown our way to test not our ability, but the faith that you have and if you really want to fight for your goals. When you look at the big picture you see an image, the future, and how all your hard work paid off.

Time to Find My Voice...
To tell you the truth, I'm not quite sure what to expect. Perhaps I'm looking for a place to pour my thoughts out, to open them up to the world 'out there.' Perhaps I'm here because I want you to hear my voice, or maybe I'm secretly hoping you skim by this post and just keep scrolling until you find something else that tickles your curiosity.

Don't Think. Just DO
Never have I ever had this mentality. I have always heard it from successful people but never took this saying to heart. Don't think. Just do. I started KeemZtv right at the beginning of 2018. I dont know how it came to me but it just did. I had been trying to find myself for many years, but could never get to the point of doing what it was that I wanted to do. Thoughts would always flash in my head of being someone who had it all figured out. The successful confident charismatic just all around great guy taking on the world. Negativity would always darken those flashes as quickly as they came. I was in a dark hole and wanted to be out, but didn't know how.

Kicking the Habit of a Lifetime. Top Story - March 2018.
For as long as I can remember, I have turned to food when faced with sadness, anger or any other kind of negative feeling. Rather than seeking support from my family or friends, I would find comfort in a family-sized tub of ice cream, or a large multipack of crisps. After a binge, I would be so ashamed that I would hide the wrappers under my pillow or stuff them down the side of my bed so that my mum didn’t find them. Slowly, I gained more and more weight and to the outside world it was a mystery because as far as they were concerned, I had my regular three meals a day and maybe the odd snack, however, I knew the truth. I knew exactly where the weight was coming from, but I just didn’t have the strength to stop it. It was easier to eat than face the real problems that were haunting me.

A Day in the Life of a Male Dancer
“SHALL WE DANCE?” One day I found myself in a college provided for people with behavioural problems, attendance issues, mental health, a lack of great life experience and responsibility. I, at the time, was sat at a computer day in, day out studying business administration... BORING, I know! I thought to myself, this can’t be all my life has in store for me.

Overcoming Obstacles & Redefining Failure
I am a person who has embarked on several new beginnings in my life. I have moved to new cities, taken on challenging jobs, completed university, and fallen in love. One thing I have recognized is that during every one of my achievements I have been burdened with many obstacles. Like, things that should go smoothly, and otherwise should have been simple. But then they drag on, and I must decide “Is this a sign I should stop?” or “Is this a test?”

The Battle
Another word for battle is conflict. I really don't like it and I have been doing my best to avoid it as much as possible. Depending on how well or how long you've known me, you may question that opening statement. I say that because of my feisty personality. But the reason I was so feisty is because I was small and if I didn't stand up for myself, I would get overlooked or pushed over. I may not like conflict but I didn't run from it either.

There Is No Competition
I remember being younger and just knowing I was different. I remember sometimes comparing myself to other people and wondering why I couldn't find more common ground. At one point or another in life we all go through it. We look for comforting comparisons rather than embracing our own uniqueness.

Momentum
Laying in my bed in the dark hoping to have the strength to get up and face the day. Just the idea of it all terrifies me. Every moment I lay there thinking, driving myself deeper into this state of mind. It feels unbreakable. My failure day after day only compounds the thoughts that weigh like bricks keeping me pinned to my pillow. The depression seeps deeper into my mind with every passing day, and it feels like I will be like this forever.

Life
I saw a post not long ago about waiting for the good parts of life. When you're at school, you can't wait to finish and get a job. When you've got a job, you can't wait to be retired. When you're in a relationship, you can't wait to be married. When you're married, you can't wait to have kids. When you've had kids, you can't wait till their older — and so on, and so on.
