We need you, joy. We all do.
There are days when I feel like a chaotic control room, like the one inside Riley’s head. When I was a child, it seemed like the yellow girl took the lead. I would play with dolls and act, and smile a little bigger. I would play with my friends and family, and laugh a little harder. I would see flowers and butterflies, and glow a little brighter. I would eat my favorite food and get a little more excited. I saw magic in everything. I believed in magic and in the wonders of the world. Of course, I was afraid, sad, angry, and disgusted too, but mostly I was joyful.

3 Tips on how to study effectively
During their training, medical residents learn countless techniques, surgeries, and procedures which they’ll later use to save lives. Being able to remember these skills can quite literally be a matter of life and death. With this in mind, a 2006 research study took a class of surgical residents learning to suture arteries and split them into two groups. Each received the same study materials, but one group implemented a small change in how they studied them. When tested one month later, this group performed the surgeries significantly better than the other residents. We’ll discuss the secret to that group’s success, along with two other highly effective study techniques which can be applied both in and out of the classroom. But to understand why these methods work, let's first unpack how the brain learns and stores information.

How To Develop Yourself "Holistically’’
The year was 1995. and I made one of the greatest mistakes of my life I got married as a poor man I fell to the Trap of I love you the way you are and that was a trap that trapped me. I suddenly realized later that I love you the way you are does not mean I love you to remain the Way You Are I suddenly realized that when a woman tells you I love you the way you are she's opened that somewhere along the line your story will change and if your story refused to change our own story about you will change why because there is no romance without trainers and love is not enough.

Your 20s are yours to discover
Being in your 20s means having to navigate the sea without a compass. Despite having blueprints being thrown around you and telling you how to build your fortress similar to them, you couldn’t bring yourself to do it. When we failed to set it up brick by brick, we would beat ourselves repeatedly once we looked at their flag soaring through the poles being mighty high. Thinking ‘How do they do it so easily?’

How to stay calm in difficult situations
A few years ago, I broke into my own house. I had just driven home, it was around midnight in the dead of Montreal winter, I had been visiting my friend, Jeff, across town, and the thermometer on the front porch read minus 40 degrees -- and don't bother asking if that's Celsius or Fahrenheit, minus 40 is where the two scales meet -- it was very cold. And as I stood on the front porch fumbling in my pockets, I found I didn't have my keys. In fact, I could see them through the window, lying on the dining room table where I had left them.
