You’re The Only Person Holding Yourself Back, No One Else
Excuses are on every corner imaginable. Given a goal, there are always going to be setbacks. If you take all the time in the world looking at everything that could possibly go wrong, you may result in inaction.

To-Do Lists Are The Ultimate Unlock to Getting More Done
I start my morning off every night. What do I mean by this? I mean that I write up my to-do-lists every day prior. Doing so sets my mind into focus hours before my day actually starts. It’s incredibly satisfying to wake up to a list of things you need to get accomplished for the day.

5 Military Lessons That Apply to Everyday Life
Bang! Woosh! Ka-Boom. These are all sounds you hear on a military deployment. There are shots fired, jets flying overhead, and big thuds or explosions from time to time. It's all relative
One might look at my life – if I could lay it out up to today in a neat and traceable fashion – and judge it boring. They wouldn’t be wrong; I’ve not had much in the way of exciting adventures, chances taken or run ins with the law. I spent my first 18 years trying not to be noticed, and the next 8 trying to be something worth noticing. Not get off on the wrong foot here, but I’ve heard all the doom and gloom about being young and how quickly it fades, and with that in mind you might sympathise with being Mr. Depresso over here.
