How to stay motivated all the time
To stay motivated all the time is not an easy task. It is a constant battle where you need to work hard and constantly push yourself to do more. But, if you know how to make it happen with some small adjustments, it becomes easier. You may be asking yourself how do I stay motivated all the time? The answer is simple, but difficult: Make decisions every day that are difficult. Push yourself and your comfort zones when it comes to following through on these goals and ideas. Wake up early and take a cold shower. Go for a run before work or after lunch break, whatever works for your schedule. Take care of your health by eating healthy food or working out in any way possible at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes maximum. Stay positive. We cannot choose how other people behave. We can only control our own actions and reactions to the world. Visualize success. Imagine what your life will look like when you accomplish your goal and how it will feel to be living a life of purpose and fulfillment. Set measurable goals with deadlines. It's important that you know what you want, why you want it, and by when you want it accomplished. Be grateful for what you have now. Making time to live in gratitude each day will put things into perspective, as well as pave the way for future success. Managing your time is a crucial part of staying motivated all time. It might help you to decide what to do and when to do it. - Plan your days in advance. Make a list of what you have to do each day and stick with the plan. - Take breaks occasionally during long periods of concentration or work (eat well, exercise, talk on the phone or take a walk). - Schedule time for yourself and make sure that other people are aware of your availability. You might also want to set up an alarm for every hour so that you know when it's time for a break. Successful people know the importance of getting motivation from others. However, we all know it's not always easy to find someone who has a good perspective on life. A good place to start is by looking for inspirational quotes and messages. There are many websites that serve that purpose. They have a variety of quotes and messages that will surely be able to motivate you. Another way to stay motivated is by surrounding yourself with positive people who can provide you with the love and support you need in order to stay motivated all time long. The only way to stay motivated all the time is to work on goals which you enjoy. If you are working on things which you don't enjoy, it requires a lot of self-discipline to stay committed and motivated for an extended period of time. The best way to stay motivated is through goal setting and understanding what one's motivation means. For instance, if your motivation was money, then your goals should be related in that sense. The most important thing is to recognize the root cause of your motivation. Motivation can be defined as the act of inducing someone to take action. As for the definition of one's motivation, there are some factors that need to be considered that determines whether one will stay motivated or not. For instance, motivation is something that is largely influenced by one's mood and attitude. When people are sad, it is hard for them to be motivated because they often have a negative outlook on life and other people. On the other hand, when people are happy or enthusiastic about what they do, it becomes much easier for them to be motivated because they see positivity all around them. If a person has a specific goal in mind, it also becomes easier to stay motivated since they'll know what they want and how many steps there are left until they get it.

Trying when You Expect to Fail
It's almost 11 PM on a constant countdown to June 25th. I've spent the day exposing myself to two languages without much break in between and feel disheartened. On the 25th, I enter a country I have never been to before and start learning a language that frankly scares me. It's the unknown and the fear of difficult situations rolled up into a bundle and that's terrifying.

Time To Take Control
You may find yourself asking, "Why me?" when something in your life turns troubling. I have always asked myself this question, until one day something dawned on me. Life is always going to happen to us, no matter what. There is no precaution in life, you just have to flow with it. Plans are not meant to stick. I was doing online college courses in the fall of 2019. I was in a toxic relationship struggling to finish assignments already, then COVID-19 became present in all of our lives. All classes became online through Zoom, but it had became far too much far too early. I quit. I have been mad at myself for so long, but then it hit me. I can go back to school. Nothing is stopping me, just myself. The past couple of weeks, I have seen countless Graduation posts all over every social media one can own. That would have been me, if I had just stuck it through and never gave up. I thought to myself, this also could have been me next year, and the year after. Yet, I moped around and never thought, "Hey, there's always next year." I held myself back for so long, purely based on how I reacted to life. I am in control, no one else.

Can I Experiment On Myself?
I am going to be both Pavlov and Pavlov’s dog. I’ve been interested in the development of good habits for a while. I’ve read some of the best “self-help” type books I can get my hands on, and I’m ready to try to work on my writing habit by combining two somewhat related techniques. I’m sure I’m not the first to try this, I’m just hoping it works out for me.

Why you won't ever find happiness
Social media has infiltrated deep into our society and our minds. It's inevitable that we pick up our phones and go into our social media apps - wether that be Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, etc. We see others with amazing backdrops in the Bahamas, remote Islands, foriegn countries, etc. We can't seem to stop ourselves from comparing us - the individual that we are - to others and put a mirror up against them using our phones as a gate to hell. In our modern world, it's hard to find that happiness, that state of bliss - a sense of quiet in our lives. But, life goes on. We tell ourselves that today might be the day that we get log off, but it's hard. All our friends, famillies, acquanities, they're all online. Everythign nowadays have gone virutal and it's hard not picking up our phones and going to hell. We won't ever find the happiness that we're looking for. A study done by Instagram has shown that teens are becoming more depressed and have an overall negative effect on how we see our bodies. It's hard being connected with people virutally all the time. But, that's what our modern life has become. A meaningless shell trying to mimic what real life relationships are like. Soon, it won't even be a stretch to say that we will see other people face-to-face at all with creations like the metaverse trying to become a reality. We've grown distant to one another wanting to have food delivered to us, stuff shippped to us, and seeing each other through our phones. We don't ever truelly go outside and see others face-to-face and smile to each other. Happiness has disappeared virtually along with all the human emotions that we as humans felt for one another. Is there a solution to this?
