Living Through the Lens of Should
We view our lives and this world through different lenses. These lenses are shaped and formed by the beliefs and agreements we make with ourselves. Some are dark, some rose coloured, others pessimistic. Personally, I prefer optimism. The lenses individuals choose to see the world through are endless—unique to each person—but common threads can be found.

Discovering Time Management II
During the first week of planning in order to find my 12 extra hours, I found that attempting to micro plan my week put too many constraints on my psyche and my day. It didn’t allow for moments to waver, and neither did it allow for life’s little roadblocks. Trying to plan out every hour can have an adverse effect on attempts to organize and maximize time.

It's Not About Them
I got up this morning with no intention to write. I had been sick over the past weekend and after staying in bed for two days, I finally decided to get up and shower. With all of this new found energy, I decided to do something that I have been wanting to do for a while now. I decided to write. I wrote an article a few months back but haven't had the itch to write since then that is until today.

How My Depression and Anxiety Helped Me Blossom
So I know it sounds crazy that both of these terrible things helped me become a stronger person but they did. I've had depression since I was a child because of something very bad and traumatic that was happening to me since before I could remember anything else. So I never really understood regular emotion or people. I did have a lot of compassion for someone who was naive and depressed as a child. I loved animals and even nursed some to health but never was a smiling normal child.

Me Time: Do We Have Time?
Our lives move so fast, it's similar to the USS Enterprise hitting warp speed. We are always rushing off to work, school, lunch, appointments, home, etc. Even when you get home, you think you can relax. Nope, you start to do more things like cook dinner, make sure the kids are doing their homework, cleaning, looking for important docs, etc. Before we know it, it's time for bed and you forgot to set our alarm. Do we really have me-time that is slow, calm, and quiet? I can't even drive to work without my phone going off with a phone call or even a calendar notification reminding me to do something. There goes my brain running in a thousand directions. There goes my stress level adding distractions while I'm driving and working. I just put everyone around me, including myself, in danger. Is it worth it? The important things we do everyday stress us out enough. Sometimes the *ding* from our phones or I-pads make us jump and our minds start thinking things like: great, why is my boss calling me again? or what does my mom want now? or even is he/she calling me back after five voice-mails?!

What We Think—Becomes
What is manifestation? In short, it is the embodiment of our thoughts: what we think; becomes. Some people can manifest things more strongly and quickly than others. However, what we all have in common is the power we put into “negative manifestations.”

Not so Beautiful?
I scrolled through Pinterest ideas on his computer barely knowing how to work a new MAC laptop (I know, I know), accidentally scrolling in and out of Pinterest boards, trying hard NOT to save some stranger's pictures (hehe). I continued to run through ideas of the perfect industrial-like table that we possibly could build (although I wasn’t too sure how it would come out..ha-ha). After diligently trying NOT to exit out of a million tabs he had up on his screen, I somehow exited my search and went straight into his Pinterest home (this devil computer).

Why Being Courageous Makes You a Better Leader—And How to Get There
In the 2008 movie Taken, Liam Neeson plays the character Bryan Mills, whose daughter is kidnapped. I’m sure you’ve seen the movie’s most famous moment, where he talks to the kidnapper over the phone:
