Why Adventure & Life Coaching?
Life isn’t always easy. It comes with obstacles and challenges that don’t always have a road map. We all have answers to overcome life challenges, but we often need help finding them to achieve success and the life we desire. This is where a Life Coach becomes an asset - and I believe adding adventure into the mix is the best recipe.

Perfect Conditions
As we begin our new life of adventure and personal development, we are often excited and enthused. We are eager to set out, ride the waves, climb the mountain, and explore aspects of ourselves on our own “Hero’s Journey”. In doing so, we rarely concern ourselves with ideal or perfect conditions.

Why it’s okay you’re not performing during the Corona Pandemic
“I finally have the time, so why aren’t I performing as I’d like to be?” Perhaps you’re familiar with this inner narrative? Countless memes and social media posts popping up indicating I'm not alone in the current "I should be getting more done with the time I now have" narrative. When You Think You’re Not Going to Make It, but Then You Do!
I’m going to start off by saying that this is more of a reminder than a set of instructions; otherwise, I’d be preaching to the choir. I know you already know what I’m about to tell you because you’ve been there, you've been through it, and you know how to succeed. There’s no complicated formula for the road to success. This came to me recently while surfing the waters of Southern Africa. All too often I find the answers to life’s successes when I’m stepping out of the comfort zone while adventuring, but they go unshared. It’s time to change that. This lesson in particular is one that every surfer knows well.

Living Through the Lens of Should
We view our lives and this world through different lenses. These lenses are shaped and formed by the beliefs and agreements we make with ourselves. Some are dark, some rose coloured, others pessimistic. Personally, I prefer optimism. The lenses individuals choose to see the world through are endless—unique to each person—but common threads can be found.
