Every successful person must be a positive and autonomous person. Being proactive is the catalyst for people to change. It allows you to abandon the passive victim role, and let you not blame the gods and let them play the unique talents of human beings - consciousness, conscience, imagination and Self-awareness, change from the heart, create all kinds of opportunities, and face everything positively. They do not make decisions based on emotions or external circumstances, but on principles and values, as well as their usual habits.

Behind every subconscious action is a person's thinking habits and way of being a person. The following ways of thinking and principles of life will help you develop good habits and help you succeed.

1. Correct thinking

Judge yourself first before you can judge others. Are you deceiving others, or yourself? Think clearly and then answer. People who think twice about doing things rarely do anything wrong.

Attempts to persuade the brainless are futile. People who think the whole world is wrong are most likely to be wrong themselves.

2. Action

Observe the person who is ahead of you, see why he is ahead, and learn from him.

Busy people can get things done, and dull people are only opportunistic. Indecisive people, even if they make a decision, they cannot follow through.

Kindness requires appropriate expressions of action.

3. Believe

Believe that you can do it, you will do it. Keep telling yourself something, even if it's not true, and eventually make yourself believe it.

4. Be alert

Be wary of those who make dogs and children intimidating. Too much vigilance is like too little, making one suspicious.

Don't envy your neighbor's greener fence, perhaps with more thorns than grass.

For someone who is full of "Everyone says-----", ask him who "other" is, and you will see his tongue-tied embarrassment.

When a stranger is overly enthusiastic about helping you, beware of his ulterior motives.

5. Challenge

If you want to go to the next level, provide others with more and better service than expected.

Do your best to outperform the last time every time, and soon you'll outperform those around you.

Henry Ford is offering a $25,000 reward for anyone who can get him to save a screw and snail on every car. You save 10 cents in every link of my factory, and I let you rise to the top.

If you keep the status quo, what will happen in 10 years? Don't break anything until you're confident you can do better.

6. Main goals

What do you want in your life? What can you give in return? Successful people only want what they want -- not what they don't want.

Don't worry about what you have done in the past, what matters is what will you do in the future? If you don't know what you want in your life, what else do you want?

A wise man can do something in addition to doing something. Get busy with what you want so you don't have time to worry about what you don't want.

Don't be afraid to aim too high, you may need to settle for second. If you don't know what you want, don't say you don't have a chance.

7. Cooperation

Requests give better results than commands. Those who are good at giving orders must be able to obey and execute them. Willingness to cooperate yields support, and forced obedience leads to failure.

Tell your boss what you want, and see if he's willing to help you get out of the way.

Friendly cooperation is more popular than incitement. Collaboration must start with departmental leaders, and so does efficiency.

Embarrassment is not cooperation. No one can hurt you unless you are willing to be hurt yourself.

8. Courage

Only by being brave enough to admit what you don't know can you learn and progress. Courage is just one more step beyond fear.

People who complain that they don't have a chance don't have the courage to take risks.

9. Criticism

No-one who accomplishes nothing is immune to criticism.

Don't be afraid of unfair criticism, but know which ones are. Don't criticize someone you don't know, take the opportunity to learn from him. Don't be afraid of being criticized. When you come up with new ideas, be prepared to be criticized. Don't criticize someone's behavior unless you know why he's doing it. You might as well be in the same situation. If you can't stand criticism, you can't try new things.

If you criticize people a lot, why not try to praise them? Before starting to criticize, it is best to start with a little compliment. If you want to feel that life is more popular, try to praise as much as possible and criticize less.

10. Behavior

A truly great person will be felt by others for his good deeds. A day without delusions of good deeds is in vain. Medals and titles don't get you to heaven, good deeds add to your weight.

Constructive behavior is convincing; verbal boasting is useless. Don't say what you want, express it with behavior.

Good deeds are the best way to praise yourself. If you are wiser than others, others will see it from your actions. A kind response is the safest way to punish someone who has done you wrong. Don't talk too much to people who don't like you.

Those who spend money to go to heaven must regret not doing more good deeds. Good deeds move people more than eloquence. Epitaphs are more memorable than good deeds.

The world will not give you a medal for what you know, but honor you for your good deeds. Good deeds do not need the whitewash of words.

11. Clear goals. Clearly understand what you want and pursue it.

A man without a definite goal is like a ship without a compass. The wise have the habit of thinking clearly.

Willpower comes from continuous action, spontaneity, and definite goals. Honest and hard work requires clear goal guidance to be successful. Without a clear purpose, life will be mediocre. A firm goal is the first principle of success.

12. Education or learning

Education is about developing inner strength. All education depends on one's own experience; no one can educate another. What you learn from your work is worth more than the immediate reward. Listen to learn, talk is useless.

A good teacher must be a good student. You don't have to keep all the knowledge in your heart, you can get the knowledge you need. Study a person's good ideas, rather than criticize his shortcomings. Knowledge must be used in order to generate power. Strive to do things better than others, and you'll forget about financial troubles.

If you don't work hard to learn from your boss, you're wasting promotions and better job opportunities. Philosophers find mistakes made by human beings from people who make mistakes. Good questioning made Socrates the wise man of his day. Use knowledge wisely and attract greater knowledge. The more you learn from your job, the more you earn. A person who works and studies by himself is equivalent to being paid by others to go to school. Knowledge must be beneficial through action, otherwise it is useless.

13. Say something

Remember, others know how much you know from every word you say. What you say is just as important as what you say.

When people ask for something, their tone of voice is very different. The tone is euphemistic and others are more likely to hear it. The indiscretions often lead to embarrassing situations. Mean words hurt the most.
