Staying Connected With Our Feminine Energy.

Emotions, spirituality, beauty, etc.

There are not enough hours in the day. We are all well aware of that.

When cramming all of our to do's into one day, we tend to lose track of ourselves. Our needs. Our emotional supports. We forget that our tasks may be easier to achieve if we've taken the time to care for ourselves first.

I think one of the first steps to self care, and tuning into our feminine energy, is to listen to our emotions, and then abide by them.

Bitterness can show you where you need healing. The bitterness you feel may be where you are still holding judgement towards others or yourself.

Resentment shows you where you are living in the past and not allowing the present to be as it is.

Discomfort tells you that you should pay attention to what is happening right now, because you are being given an opportunity to do something in a way you wouldn't typically do it, leading to results you wouldn't normally get.

Anger shows what you are passionate about, what you believe needs to change in a certain scenario, and where your boundaries are.

Sadness shows you the depth of your feelings, the depth of your care for others and your care for this world.

Anxiety shows you that you need to wake up and be present. You are usually stuck in the past and living in fear of the future you could have.

Pin pointing these things is a good start. Listening to them and abiding by them is what really balances emotions with your femininity.

While things like baths, candles, incense, reading, and crafts, are all good quality self care rituals as well, Digging deeper within yourself is a form of self care that really delves into the inner you, clears the inner you, and makes it possible to set aside burdens, as small tasks instead.

In that time, the hours in your day may still seem too little, but very well lived. Pay attention to the way that you notice yourself feeling, and in what situations you feel which type of ways to start guiding yourself in conquering those emotions.

Setting manifestations for yourself is a good way to get in tune with the inner you, and the feminine "us". Manifesting happiness, a healthy lifestyle, and personal goals helps to motivate, or inspire. To add a cherry on top of touching down with yourself to feel feminine, don't be afraid to doll yourself up for no reason at all. Wear lip gloss and paint your nails. Get your hair done, or write a letter to the one you love. Fill up a warm bath, with your favorite soaps, light some candles, and read a cozy book.

Don't persuade your mind that you are always lacking the time for these things for yourself. Dissolution and doubt often take over in our minds, but there is really never a better time than when you feel you have no time at all. That is when your body and soul may be telling you they need these things the most. Listen to them. Abide by them. Nurture these opportunities for you, for yourself. The best sides of us emerge when we take much needed time for ourselves. Normally, in return, we are able to give more for our loved ones when loving ourselves properly. Nurturing our feminine side, while being masculine is just fine, we need a little of both. Too much of one can really drown the other, leaving us to feel unbalanced, and not quite understanding ourselves to the fullest potential.

Love yourself. Listen to yourself. Tune in.
