There are some simple ways to spread positivity wherever you go. I'm sure you can think of people who only make you feel great when you're around them. You might as well be able to think of people who make you miserable but let's not deal with these guys for now and look at some of the simple ways to spread positivity wherever you go.

I LOVE YOUR SMILE

Very little is involved but it can make you feel fabulous as well as those around you. Smile at people you meet and greet. So some people might not be receptive and you might look a little weird, but who cares! For every three people who think you're a weirdo, there will be someone who loves your smile. So smile for them and yourself of course and spread positivity wherever they go.

THE BODY SPEAKS

The language that is used can be a fabulous tool when it comes to separating yourself from positivity. Think carefully about the language you use towards yourself and others. Don't try to use negative language when talking about yourself and others. I also think about body language. The way you walk, talk and stand can speak volumes so make sure you are open towards others.

HAPPY INSIDE

Feeling happy in yourself is a sure way to spread positivity. If you are happy within and in yourself you are more likely to be able to spread positivity. If you don't feel happy inside though this can be difficult. Focus all your positive qualities and this will do you good about yourself. Also, pay attention to the way you talk to yourself. Do not use language yourself damaging your but, forgiving and loving language when you speak to yourself. Silent gumpy gremlin trying to plant seeds of doubt in your mind.

SEE THE GOOD

Seeing the bright side of others is another good way to spread positivity. If you constantly see the negative side of people, you will be bitter and angry inside. No one is perfect but no one is all bad either. We all have redeeming characteristics so look out for the good of all.

IMPRESSIVE AFFIRMATIONS

I love this idea. Why become an affirmation spreader by leaving positive affirmation post-its wherever you go. Someone will pick it up and you never know, you just may have your day! This is another great way to spread positivity for strangers to find.

ACTS OF KINDNESS

Acts of kindness are another great way to spread positivity. Take some round cake to an elderly neighbor, friend or family member. Bake some cookies or candy for your co-workers. It's a great way to spread a little happiness and positivity.

POSITIVE PEOPLE

Surrounding yourself with positive people will make you feel good. It's much better than surrounding yourself with negative people. Avoid the gossip mongers who try to spread negativity and if you find yourself caught up in the web of gossip then walk away or say something positive about them.

WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY TO FIND

There are some things that can give them a momentary boost. Drugs and alcohol may feel great for a short time, but once the effects wear off, you're left feeling lower than before. Find positive ways to feel amazing like yoga, mindfulness meditation, volunteer work, and exercise.

LAUGH AT YOURSELF

You don't take yourself too seriously because life is too short. Learn to laugh at yourself and learn to laugh at your flaws because we all have them. I'm not saying you should be the clown who constantly delights in degradation but sometimes laughing at yourself and others showing that you're not an automaton that takes life too seriously is a sure way to spread positivity.

These are some great ways to spread a little positivity everywhere you go. Can you think of any other way?
