Life always gives you a second chance but you have to flip the switch in your brain in order to enjoy the best years of your life.

Your own personal X factor is anything that immobilizes, derails or prevents you from growing intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, physically or financially.

Your Y is anything that you want to be, do or have more in your life.

We’re going to talk about erasing the stuff that doesn’t work in your life thus allowing that inner Y to appear.

Its appearance will manifest into incredible, joyous and amazing happenings in your life.

The more that you understand this concept, the more that your own personal Y will show up right on schedule.

Your own personal Y is synonymous with second chances in life.

Many well-intentioned people suffer hardships that are not easy to overcome but they remain stuck as no one ever taught them to pick up their eraser and start erasing part of the X that hides their inner Y.

Everyone was endowed at birth with this inner Y.

I never knew this until I was taught this invaluable information that has altered the direction of my life proactively.

As soon as you understand this XY concept, second chances will begin to show up and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Are you ready?

Pick up your eraser and let’s get moving.

As you flip the switch, you will be moving towards your Y.

Years ago, I remember teaching in a junior high school. I hardly ever went into the staff room to spend time with my colleagues. The reason being, is that some of my colleagues were continually looking at their watches and telling everyone how many years, months, days, hours, minutes and seconds remained until their retirement.

That drove me nuts.

So I spent most of my time with the students.

Unfortunately, today lots of those beautiful people are no longer around.

I imagine that they looked at retirement as some magical realm where they could do absolutely nothing.

Doing nothing might work for some people but doing nothing with no purpose for most people is a direct and speedy route to one’s demise.

If we flip the switch in our brain towards attirement and not retirement, we could enjoy the best years of our life.

The word retirement says it all, to withdraw or cease.

Deep down in everyone’s psychological house is the innate desire to do something worthwhile and purposeful.

Without this we are already dead.

I am going to suggest that we flip our switch towards attirement.

Yes.

We’re going to put on a new set of clothes, ideas, goals, aspirations, dreams and absolutely anything that continues to provide us with purpose.

The masses will tell you to slow down.

We don’t have to slow down.

We have to speed up but calm down.

If you have completed your working career, join the revolution towards attirement and not retirement.

We can begin to do this by renewing our purpose.

The clearer the picture that we have creates more order, less fear, less doubt and less confusion.

So what really happens to this picture when we get older?

We wind down our career.

We have raised our families.

We have downsized our nest.

Our picture begins to get a little blurry for some, as each day unfolds.

Why?

Our purpose is now changing.

We don’t have to submit to retirement.

We can embrace attirement.

We just need to renew our purpose in order to embrace this new found life and mindset.

But . . . everyone around you is telling you to slow down.

Take it easy.

You work too hard.

A friend of mine recently told me many times,

“Why do you work so hard”?

My response.

Purpose!

That’s my one and only answer.

I said it before and I’ll say it again and again for the rest of my life.

“Ignite a burning desire for success that once you see results, it becomes an addiction.”

Success represents your life.

Therefore ignite this burning desire within. We are all endowed with it at our creation.

Grab your eraser and let’s begin erasing that part of your X that no longer works for you at this juncture in your life.

Maybe that part of your X should have been erased years ago however life was always in your face with all kinds of issues derailing you from your Y.

So what immobilizes, derails, or prevents you from growing intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, physically or financially in your attirement years?

It’s high time that you stand your ground, state your case, and press on with your Y that is who you really are at the core of your being.

You have so many untapped talents that haven’t had the opportunity of sprouting towards fruition. There are so many things that you’ve wanted to do but never had the quality time to do them.

Don’t follow the masses that believe that they are in the final phase of their life.

This is only the beginning of an amazing journey for you.

The best years are still ahead and you only have to flip the switch in your brain and switch it to a new, different, exciting, unimaginable, and incredible idea that will catapult you towards your greatness.

Rekindle what you have always wanted at your core.

If you're ready, choose attirement as the best is yet to come for you.
