How can you know what you want? For fear of comprehending the answer, we often avoid individual questions if we ask them correctly, which can completely change our lives.

Below, you will read several intelligent questions that will make you question your life thoughtfully. It is self-knowledge that you should ask yourself at all costs for your good and mental health.

AM I TRULY HAPPY WITH THE PEOPLE AROUND ME?

You should ask yourself if the people in your life are giving you happiness or robbing you off it. Many times, simply because of commitment or fear of what people will say, we cannot stay away from those people. Be clear that before anyone else, you must look after your happiness. A person judges you or does not contribute anything to your life? Then it is time to cut all ties with her without fear it is for your good.

AM I MOVING FORWARD TO WHERE I TRULY WANT TO GO?

Is your life routine? Are you doing what you dreamed of as a child? Ask yourself if you are achieving all that you once proposed. You don't need to change all your habits from one day to the next. Simply with small changes day after day, you will be able to advance to where you truly want to get to. If you don't have a clear goal, then you should consider having a long-term one. Do you want your passage through this life to be remembered? Then work for it.

"If you don't design your life plan, you'll probably fall into someone else's plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much."

-Jim Rohn.

WHY DO I PRIORITIZE EVERYTHING BEFORE MYSELF?

It usually happens in highly selfless people who always prioritize everything else before themselves. Remember: you won't be able to help anyone if you are not well. I know that you seek to help others, to ensure the happiness of others, but before all this, you are yourself first. Prioritize your joy, and only then will you be able to make others happy.

WILL I PUT UP WITH THIS FOREVER?

Do you have a situation that is tormenting you? Do you feel that it is damaging your peace of mind? Then you must ask yourself if this is what you desire to be enduring all your life, is it worth it to continue suffering for that situation? If you think not, then solve the problem as soon as possible, and focus on it.

If it has a solution, then you will solve it. And if it doesn't, why worry about it?

DO I VALUE MYSELF ENOUGH?

You are probably not aware of all the potential you have. Laziness, fear, shyness, and insecurities can make a person not really show what he or she is capable of. Just as you have flaws, you also have many other virtues that you are not aware of, you must find them on your own, taking the risk to experience new situations in life. If you don't know how to value yourself, anyone will be able to use you.

AM I WHERE I WANT TO BE?

Do you believe you are in a place where you can grow personally? Ask yourself if you are in the right place and with the right people, both physically and emotionally. If you think you are not, consider changing your situation and if possible, live alone to get to know yourself better.

And last but not least...

AM I TRULY HAPPY WITH MY JOB?

If you have a working life, it mustn't consume your life or, at least, does not take away your happiness. We know that having a job today is a privilege that many want to keep despite its consequences. However, your peace of mind is above all, if you don't like something in your job, try to change it, talk about it, propose ideas, and get more involved in things that no other colleague does. If you're still not happy in your job, the healthiest thing for you is to leave it (as long as it is within your possibilities).

Do you live to work or work to live? Write this question down in your diary, in the notes on your mobile and read it every day, at the end, you will realize what you need.
